Perfection Paving Company was founded in 2003 by Bryon Rufledt and Jim Custer with a combined 35 years experience in the industry. In 2007, Jim resigned and Keith Kubala, with 10 years of sales and paving experience, joined Bryon as an owner of Perfection Paving Company. Headquartered in Bloomer, WI, on the Highway 53 corridor, we offer a large service area, serving customers in Bloomer, Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Menomonie, Rice Lake and the surrounding area. Our employees have vast experience in the paving industry, with many exceeding 20 years.
